SONIC Multi-Unit Leader

SONIC is seeking a Multi-Unit Leader to manage operations across multiple drive-ins. This role involves training and supporting General Managers and employees to ensure quality food, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

  1. Manage, train, and coach General Managers and staff, conducting management orientation.
  2. Ensure service standards are met by directing and assigning employees accordingly.
  3. Oversee employees performing various duties in different stations to meet operational standards.
  4. Ensure compliance with employee policies and address issues promptly.
  5. Manage scheduling to ensure proper staffing and service levels.
  6. Monitor and control costs related to food, labor, and inventory.
  7. Review vendor performance and take corrective actions when needed.
  8. Audit employment and payroll records.
  9. Prioritize guest needs and handle escalated complaints effectively.
  10. Recruit, interview, and hire management team members.
  11. Approve compensation within company guidelines.
  12. Prepare operational reports and develop strategies to improve financial and sales performance.
  13. Develop and execute regional marketing plans.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.
  • At least 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
  • Experience in multi-unit supervision is a plus.
  • Willingness to work at least 5 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, and sanitation regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer and accounting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
