As a McCans Sonic Group Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees within multiple SONIC drive-ins. You will be responsible for training and supporting employees to ensure quality food is provided in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, train, and coach General Managers and employees; conduct management orientation.
  • Direct and assign employees to meet operational standards.
  • Oversee multiple drive-in employees and management during shifts, ensuring standards in food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Ensure compliance with employee handbook, policies, and practices.
  • Address employee issues and policy violations promptly, reporting all concerns to supervisors.
  • Review work schedules to ensure proper staffing and service levels.
  • Monitor and control costs related to food, labor, and inventory, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Audit employment and payroll records.
  • Prioritize guest needs and respond to escalated guest requests and complaints.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire management team members.
  • Approve compensation levels within company guidelines.
  • Prepare operational reports and develop action plans for financial or sales issues.
  • Develop and implement regional marketing plans.

Additional Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
  • Experience in multi-unit supervision is preferred.
  • Availability to work at least 5 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, and health regulations.
  • Leadership, communication, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems effectively.
