Compensation and Location:

• Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000
• Total compensation with performance bonus: $175,000 - $200,000
• Based in Utah County

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies across digital platforms to optimize ad spend and drive conversions in the health and food e-commerce space.
• Architect and manage multiple email flows using Klaviyo, focusing on conversion optimization, segmentation, and personalized campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing on headlines, copy, and creatives to refine messaging and improve key metrics like click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Analyze performance data to inform media buying decisions, tying insights into overall marketing spend strategy and company growth initiatives.
• Create and utilize data analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness, integrating them with media buying and email marketing for holistic optimization.
• Serve as a key strategic voice in the company's total marketing process, contributing to high-level planning, growth strategies, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Write compelling ad copy, headlines, and email content that resonates with our health-conscious audience and drives engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Media Buyer / Email strategist in e-commerce (strong background in the health and food industry preferred).
• Expertise in Klaviyo for email marketing, including building complex flows, automation, and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret data analytics, linking them to media buying and broader marketing strategies.
• Excellent writing abilities, particularly for headlines, ad copy, and email content, with a focus on A/B testing and conversion optimization.
• Strategic mindset with experience in overall marketing spend planning and contributing to company-wide growth.
• Ability to add significant value beyond execution, acting as a true senior marketing expert in strategy and innovation.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or analytics a plus.
