About the Role

We're seeking a talented, on-camera-savvy Social Media Manager to own our content strategy and become the authentic voice (and face) of our brand.

This isn't about being a polished influencer. We're looking for a relatable, genuine person who embodies fun, witty, engaging energy (never crude or forced). You'll create beautiful, high-conversion content that shows how our meats make everyday life easier and more delicious – from quick family dinners to gatherings, camping trips, and beyond.

Initially, you'll be hands-on in front of the camera, comfortably sharing real-life moments (cooking at home, perhaps including a family/spouse in natural ways). This role will evolve as we grow – transitioning more content to ambassadors, partners, and models – but right now, we need someone in-house to build authentic momentum quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy focused on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest to drive engagement, community growth, and sales.
• Create and produce highly engaging, visually stunning content (Reels, Stories, posts, videos) targeting moms, families, and women – highlighting pain points like busy schedules, healthy meals, and family connection.
• Appear on camera authentically and confidently to demonstrate real-life uses of our products (in the kitchen, at gatherings, outdoors, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and post content calendars; monitor analytics to optimize what converts best in the female/mom space.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments/DMs, and foster a warm, loyal audience.
• Collaborate on paid social campaigns, influencer partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Track performance metrics and report on growth, engagement, and ROI.

Who We're Looking For

• On-Camera Comfort: Genuinely at ease being the face of the brand – warm, relatable, and natural on video. (This is essential – no awkward or "cringe" vibes; think aspirational yet approachable mom energy.)
• Content Expertise: Proven track record creating high-performing content for female/family audiences. You know the language, visuals, hooks, and pain points that drive shares, saves, and conversions.
• Social Media Savvy: Deep knowledge of algorithms, trends, and best practices (especially Instagram/TikTok). Experience growing accounts and driving results for food/consumer brands is a big plus.
• Personality Fit: Engaging, fun, witty, and positive – the kind of presence that makes followers feel inspired and connected.
• Location Requirement: Must reside in Utah County or be fully committed to regular office commutes.
• Experience: 3+ years in social media management/content creation, ideally in food, lifestyle, or family-focused brands. Portfolio of on-camera work required.
