We’re growing fast and evolving in how we deliver solutions to clients. As our customer base expands, we’re investing in scalable, sustainable practices that improve outcomes, reduce custom work, and deliver lasting value. Solution Consulting is one of the key components of this shift.
Who Are You? As a
Solution Consultant
at Movemedical, you will own the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions that help enterprise Medical Device customers successfully adopt the Movemedical platform. You will serve as a workflow expert and strategic advisor, partnering closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to translate business processes into scalable system configurations.
This role blends consultative problem solving with hands‑on execution. You will lead discovery sessions, design workflows, configure the system, support integrations, guide testing, and ensure customers are prepared for go‑live and adoption.
The work is primarily post‑sale, where you will own solution delivery from discovery through go‑live. For larger or more complex customer programs, you may support pre‑sale conversations to help scope workflows, feasibility, and solution approach.
This role is well suited for a consultant who enjoys owning outcomes, navigating ambiguity, and balancing business context with technical execution in a customer‑facing environment.
Qualifications
5+ years of customer-facing consulting, implementation, or solutions experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
Experience leading discovery sessions and translating business workflows into system configuration and functional requirements
Hands‑on experience configuring SaaS platforms, supporting integrations, and validating system behavior across complex implementations
Familiarity working with ERP, CRM, or logistics systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), data formats (JSON/XML), and integration concepts such as authentication, payload validation, and error handling
Foundational understanding of relational databases and comfort using SQL for data validation and basic analysis
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and guide customers toward practical, scalable solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including solution documentation and implementation guides
Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Office 365, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
Willingness to travel up to 25% for onsite discovery, validation, and go‑live support
Nice to Haves
Experience in regulated or healthcare environments (medical device industry preferred)
Familiarity with data governance, security considerations, and audit requirements
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS preferred) or modern data tools (Snowflake a plus)
Experience contributing to standardized workflows, reusable solution patterns, or internal process improvements
Understanding of system modeling or documentation frameworks (e.g., UML, C4)
Working knowledge of Agile delivery models and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
What You’ll Do Client‑Facing Solution Leadership
Lead discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, operational constraints, and business goals
Design end‑to‑end solutions that align Movemedical’s capabilities with customer processes
Advise customers on best practices for workflow design, data quality, and system usage

Go‑Live & Post‑Deployment Support
Support go‑live activities and early hypercare periods to ensure smooth adoption
Troubleshoot workflow, data, or integration issues during deployment windows
Coordinate handoff to Customer Success and Support teams following stabilization
Internal Enablement & Feedback
Create and maintain solution documentation, configuration guides, and internal reference materials
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide feedback informed by customer implementations
