This is a full-time permanent position. Job Responsibilities: · Respond promptly to a consistent flow of inbound phone calls from potential clients in need of urgent compliance solutions. · Identify customer pain points, match them with the right service offerings, and confidently guide them toward a purchase decision during the call. · Navigate objections professionally and close sales by processing payments in real time. · Keep detailed and accurate records of calls, outcomes, and customer information using HubSpot CRM. · Share recurring trends and valuable customer insights with the management team to support strategy and service enhancements. · Meet and aim to exceed monthly sales quotas through focused phone engagement. · This role is strictly phone-based, no video conferencing is used, and follow-up via email is minimal.
