Overview Our client is currently seeking a Director of Finance and Administrationto join their team.This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
Financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
Maintenance of the general ledger.
Oversight of annual budgeting andforecasting.
Ensure employee handbook is up to date.
Overseeperformance reviews.
Ensure work is completed in compliance with all laws and regulations.
Oversee payroll & benefits.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in accountingorfinance.
5+ years of work experience.
Experience managingemployee benefits and payroll.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Hours & Benefits
M-F 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
