Salesforce Architect:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to drive cross functional projects. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible to provide end to end solutions using Salesforce and Salesforce products and also mentor the Salesforce team. Responsibilities
Develop custom solutions and integrations on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce development tools Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to our internal users, including troubleshooting issues Lead and mentor other developers to ensure our Salesforce solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our enterprise architecture and best practices Work closely with business stakeholders and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions that align with our lightweight, consistent governance standards Ensure that our Salesforce solutions are secure, reliable, and available to our users Research and evaluate new Salesforce features and functionality, and make recommendations for adoption based on business needs and technical feasibility Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce integrations and customizations Monitor Salesforce performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements to improve the platform's effectiveness Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce projects and initiatives Qualifications
10+ years experience in software engineering 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including developing custom solutions and integrations using Apex and Lightning Web Components Salesforce Developer certifications Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, including relationships between objects and fields Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side applications Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring and guiding other developers Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with lightweight, consistent governance standards and best practices Experience with enterprise system implementations Experience with Agile methodologies and tools Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Salesforce CLI, etc.) for Salesforce Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
