Your Role
Must have Tibco EBX design and implementation experience
Must be Agile proficient
Must understand how to facilitate and capture business and technical requirements from users
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have led the overall business analyst team in previous roles
Must have some testing background for data validation and Master Data Management
Knowledge of data integration is a plus
Retail/Convenience store knowledge is a strong plus
Must know how to write Epics, Features, and User Stories
Must be able to translate business requirements into technical requirements

Minimum 5-plus years of experience requirement for the Senior Business Analyst - Tibco EBX Business Analyst/Designer role, the ideal candidate should possess the following key skills:
- Analyze and document business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Conduct user acceptance testing
- Provide training and support to end-users
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $85,000 to $145,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
