We’re growing a service line for a major client, and we need a dedicated lead to help develop it. This is a unique hybrid role managing the end-to-end TikTok Shop ecosystem—combining the human side of creator outreach (affiliates) with the technical side of paid media management (GMV Max).
You won’t just be following a rigid script. You’ll have the autonomy to help define workflows, optimize performance, and influence how we grow this channel for current and future clients.
What You’ll Do This role is a hybrid of affiliate program management and media buying. You are the bridge between the creators making the content and the ad dollars amplifying it.
The "Fuel" (Affiliate Operations): You’ll use tools like Euka.ai to manage a pipeline of TikTok creators. You’ll facilitate getting products into their hands (client owns the actual fulfillment), ensure they post, and keep the relationship warm.
The "Engine" (Paid Media): You’ll take the best performing user-generated content (UGC) and run paid campaigns (TikTok GMV Max & Spark Ads). You’ll monitor ROAS and scale the winners.
The Strategy: You won't just execute; you'll optimize. You’ll help us refine our outreach, tweak our media buying thresholds, and report back on what’s actually moving the needle for the client.
Who You Are
A Paid Media Native: You have 3–4+ years of experience in paid social (Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram, or TikTok). You understand CAC, ROAS, and the difference between "vanity metrics" and real sales.
An Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in environments where you have to figure things out and take ownership of your results.
Data-Driven but Human: You can stare at a spreadsheet to analyze cohort retention, but you also have the people skills to DM a creator and build a genuine connection.
Thirsty for Knowledge: You might not be a TikTok Shop expert yet, but you’re the type of person who reads Reddit threads or watches tutorials to figure out a new skillset or platform.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Affiliate Operations.
Location: Denver area (Must be able to join us in-office at least once a week).
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs or Affiliate platforms (Grin, CreatorIQ, Euka, etc.) is a major plus.
Bonus Points: Specific experience with TikTok Ads Manager or TikTok Seller Center.
The Goods
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 Base Salary (Dependent on experience)
