What You'll Do:
Plan and lead engaging activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical well-being for memory care residents
Support residents in participating in meaningful programs that enhance their quality of life
Foster a sense of purpose and belonging through creativity, compassion, and presence
Assist with documenting participation and feedback to support ongoing program improvements
Collaborate with team members to create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment
What You'll Need:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have an active CNA certification
Memory care experience preferred
Compassion, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with seniors
