What You'll Do:
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance in a skilled nursing community
Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and support facility safety procedures, including fire drills
Ensure building systems remain operational, including lighting, water supply, and basic equipment needs
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and participate in surveys and inspections as needed
Follow all safety regulations while working in a physically demanding environment with attention to detail
What You'll Need:
Direct maintenance experience preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
