Minimum two (2) years serving experience; high‑end casual or fine dining preferred Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred Must be able to read, write, & speak English Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds Maintain a current Food Handler’s Certification & TABC Certification We participate in the E‑Verify program.
