Job Summary
Tin Lizzy’s Cantina in Midtown Atlanta is seeking energetic, guest-focused Servers to join our team. Servers are responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by delivering prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, dependable, and passionate about hospitality. Key Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming, upbeat dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, including tacos, specialty items, beverages, and daily features Deliver food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and quality Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas Process guest payments accurately and responsibly Follow all company policies, cash-handling procedures, and alcohol service laws Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, hosts, and management Uphold Tin Lizzy’s standards for service, appearance, and professionalism Qualifications & Skills
Previous serving experience preferred (high-volume restaurant experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods Must meet Georgia requirements for alcohol service Schedule & Availability
