Job Summary The Cook is a key member of the restaurant team responsible for preparing and presenting quality food to guests, ensuring every traveler is safe and satisfied.
In this role, you can expect to:
Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
Perform prep cook tasks such as washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients
Handle grill cook tasks, including setting up broiler, fryer, and grill stations according to line check sheets, preparing products to guest specifications and following plate presentation guides
Complete prep, freezer pull, and temperature checklist sheets
Practice safe food handling and storage, waste control procedures, and follow safety guidelines, reporting potentially unsafe situations caused by team members or customers
Maintain equipment per operating standards
Prioritize work based on restaurant and guest needs
Build strong communication and rapport with leaders and co‑workers
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned

Previous food service experience is a plus
Good verbal communication skills
