Job Overview
Sullivan Tire, an employee‑owned company, is looking for an Entry Level Technician. The technician performs vehicle maintenance repairs and services, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction while working with store management to meet productivity and profitability standards. The role adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
Mount, dismount, balance, and repair passenger and light truck tires.
Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
Conduct and document vehicle safety inspections.
Undertake unsupervised maintenance repairs (headlights, fan belts, batteries, wiper blades, etc.).
Work with store management to meet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Maintain a neat and clean work area and properly dispose of waste.
Assume other responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
Customer service focus in a retail environment.
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
Basic conflict‑resolution skills.
Basic understanding of automotive tire and auto service industry.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Team player.
