Maintain 70–85% booked and 65–80% guest retention
Utilize social media to market yourself and engage guests
Educate guests on Aveda products (25–40% purchasing goal)
Teamwork & Salon Standards
Support salon upkeep and shared responsibilities
Contribute to a positive, energized, and professional environment

Compensation (full time):
Training Period (3–6 months, 35 hrs/week): avg. $437/week
Year 1–2: $57,000/year (incl. tips)
Year 3–5: $68,000/year
Year 6–8: $75,000/year
Year 9+: $96,000/year
