CDL A Local Dry Van Driver – Altoona, PA
Drive My Way is hiring a CDL A local dry van driver to work day shift (7 am start). The role requires forklift experience to load and unload the trailer and includes dedicated runs to Bridgeport, NJ.
Compensation
Average weekly pay: $1,300+
Driver Referral Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days of employment
Paid via direct deposit weekly

Responsibilities
Operate CDL A tractor‑trailer to perform local deliveries
Load and unload cargo using forklifts
Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT regulations
Ensure vehicle and equipment are kept clean and safe
Report any mechanical issues or incidents promptly
Qualifications
Valid CDL A license
Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL A driving experience
Forklift experience required
Must be 21 years or older
High school diploma or GED (or 5+ years industry experience)
Clean motor vehicle record:
DOT testing and physical requirements met; knowledge of DOT regulations
Pass required pre‑employment drug screen
Ability to read, speak, and understand English
Drivers must live within 30 miles of Altoona, PA
