Minimum Qualifications:
Legal age to serve alcohol as per local regulations.
Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience specifically as a cocktail server or bartender.
Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).
Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately, providing recommendations when requested.
Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure timely delivery of drinks to guests while maintaining a clean and organized service area.
Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and process transactions efficiently.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with bartenders and other team members to maintain smooth service flow.
Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations and company policies.

Attention to detail and basic math skills are used daily to accurately take orders and handle payments without errors.
