As a Food & Beverage Server, you are the face of the dining experience, responsible for extending warm hospitality and ensuring every guest receives prompt, courteous, and world-class service. Your role is to create a welcoming environment that makes guests feel as if they were in your own home. The Server is key in driving guest satisfaction and sales by suggestively selling menu items, maintaining top-quality food and beverage standards, and ensuring all Health Department guidelines are met. Through genuine hospitality, product knowledge, and attention to detail, the Server delivers a personalized dining experience that builds guest loyalty and supports the success of the restaurant.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Deliver a personalized guest experience by anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction.Responsible for driving overall sales through suggestive selling and menu knowledge. Comply with all Health Department regulations, alcohol awareness requirements, and company service standards.Perform side work and opening/closing duties as assigned. Carry out any and all additional responsibilities within the scope of the position.**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS** 2 to 3 years of serving experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler’s Certification Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. **LANGUAGE SKILLS** Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests, team members, and management. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English. **REASONING ABILITY** Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and sound judgment. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 45 pounds. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions associated with serving tasks.
