Shift Information Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Schedule: Monday – Friday
Assembly Worker – Job Duties
Assemble lumber and wood products by following written and visual (picture) instructions
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Identify defects or damaged materials and report issues to the supervisor
Repair or rework products to match product diagrams
Accurately record production counts and any issues found
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Ensure materials and parts are stocked and ready for assembly
Qualifications
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Ability to pass a background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
Basic math skills for measuring materials
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30-50 lbs
Familiarity with manufacturing safety practices is a plus
