Our 12‑month Design Apprentice Program will give recent graduates or early‑career individuals the opportunity to collaborate with our talented design teams to learn all aspects of the design process. We offer training and learning sessions to give exposure to leaders and provide a big‑picture understanding of our business. The design apprentices also have the opportunity to present a final project to design leaders across all of the brands.
Program Dates:
June 16, 2026 – June 1, 2027
Work structure:
Hybrid (Tuesday‑Thursday in office)
Location:
New York City Hudson Yards Office
Compensation:
$26/hour

Recruitment Process:
Final Teams Interviews – Applicants selected for follow‑up phone or video interviews will be contacted throughout February.
Apprentice Offers – Offers will be extended by the recruitment team late March to early April.
Responsibilities
Create new and on‑brand prints for multiple categories and genders within the Retail & Outlet lines, through original work or purchased files, clean and color separate the artwork and create repeats.
Ensure consistent alignment with design and brand vision.
Create CADs of prints for in‑house presentations.
Create mill‑ready art packages for multiple categories and labels within the house (both sampling and production).
Work proactively according to the development calendar, to stay ahead of timelines.
Responsible for CAD work (textile, pattern layouts) from concept to finish, including all edits/changes.
Research and design for Soft Accessories collection, from initial concept to production.
Manage workload from conception to production.
Ensure digital presentation boards are updated with the most accurate art and information.
Partner with cross‑functional departments within design, product development, materials, merchandising, and legal.
Qualifications
1+ years related work/internship experience in design; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Textile design work experience, in accessories &/or apparel market.
Education in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
Excellent hand sketching/painting and CAD skills.
Highly‑developed taste level and excellent color sense.
Must be highly proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop; additional proficiency in Ned Graphics a plus.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate as a team player.
Ability to prioritize, multi‑task and adapt to change.
Extremely organized and detail‑oriented – excellent calendar adherence and ownership.
Excellent time management skills.
Understanding and enthusiasm for the brand.
