Serve as the first and last impression for guests.
Provide friendly service, make recommendations, and anticipate guest needs.
Work efficiently while enjoying the job.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Effective communication skills.
Commitment to making an impact.

Compensation: Applebee's Server’s start at minimum wage up to $16.28 per hour.
Physical Standards
Exert well‑paced mobility for up to four hours in length.
Reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
Transport plates, glasses, and baskets roughly 30 times per shift.
Speak clearly, listen attentively, and wear protective equipment as required.
Work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
