Responsibilities
Lead fun and interactive group and one-on-one activities
Encourage resident participation and foster a positive environment
Prepare and organize materials and spaces for activities
Assist with resident transportation to and from activities
Maintain records of participation and feedback
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless activity execution
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Energetic, creative, and compassionate attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
