We are seeking a Line Cook to join our busy restaurant. The role involves using high‑quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals and creating an excellent experience for patrons. Duties and Responsibilities
Create menus based on season and customer preferences. Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment. Prepare food and present it appealingly. Supervise and delegate tasks to team members. Maintain inventory levels and restock when needed. Follow all food safety regulations. Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or management. Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification. Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes. Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure. Excellent time‑management skills. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Compensation: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour.
