Purpose of Position Duties & Responsibilities
Maintains Dining room/assist with Service Areas cleaning and appearance
Insures and stocks clean napkins, flatware, glassware, salt and peppers, and table media
Cleans tabletops, chairs, booths, picks up trash, and vacuums carpet areas.
Works with sanitizer chemical to sterilize contact areas in dining rooms.
Spot clean glass and windows when required.
Follows Best Food Practices Safety Policies
Correctly uses and maintains all equipment provided to complete tasks
Performs other duties as assigned
Must be able to adhere to all safety and sanitation policies which include removal of all jewelry
Hairnets and beard restraints are also a requirement in our food preparation areas
Incumbents should have an optimistic attitude, willingness to learn new skills, high degree of integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Able to stand on one's feet for 3-4 hours.
Ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to have an eye for detail
Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
