Purpose of Position Responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience through food, service and ambiance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Exceptional Guest Experience: Builds emotional connection with Guests through Food, Service & Ambiance; greets guests in a courteous and hospitable manner; provides information regarding the menu; handles guest questions and complaints effectively; monitors food quality and provides feedback to the Manager, Assistant Manager, and/or Cook.
Store Environment: Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary store environment; follows proper procedures for cleaning chemicals; ensures compliance with all food safety, work safety, and sanitation requirements.
Operations: Upholds high operations standards; serves accurate portions from the steam table; operates kitchen equipment following safety guidelines; organizes and stocks storage areas; follows all franchise policies and procedures; ability to stand for 3-4 hours; ability to follow instructions; ability to work independently and as part of a team; maintains an optimistic attitude, willingness to learn, integrity, and strong work ethic; must work with preparation and disposal of various meats; adheres to safety and sanitation policies (jewelry restriction, beard restraints); hairnets/beard restraints required; available to work day hours as well as nights & weekends.
Compliance In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.
