Job Title: Sales Support Representative
Location: Indianapolis, IN - Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour on W2
Shift: 15 hours per week.
A day in the Life:
Supporting the sales efforts of dedicated Sr. Sales Representative mentors
Customer account interaction, including order support and marketing
Education:
Student currently enrolled in classes leading to an accredited bachelor’s degree or master’s degree, or equivalent experience, preferably in the sciences or sales field
Experience:
Proven experience in a customer service or sales environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
History of working collaboratively within teams
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to lead and build effective teams
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a cross-functional group
Willingness to absorb knowledge, accept mentorship, and grow
Precision and careful attention to detail are necessary when carrying out all duties of this role
Strong skills in both written and spoken communication
Legal eligibility to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
Capability to perform tasks across the University of Michigan campus – primarily the science and research buildings.
Some tasks are performed online. Resources needed will be provided.
