Associate Director of Dining Services - Independent Living Lake Port Square, Leesburg, FL offers a full‑time Associate Director of Food & Beverage role with a salary range of $60,000–$70,000.

Lake Port Square is hiring an Associate Director to lead daily dining operations across two main dining rooms, a new restaurant debuting in early 2026, and a new banquet and event space. What You’ll Be Doing (Most Days)

Oversee daily food & beverage operations in Independent Living

Partner with the Executive Chef and leadership team to deliver consistent, high‑quality dining

Support and lead a professional, hospitality‑driven service team

Manage special events, banquets, and resident experiences

Ensure menus, service, and execution meet nutritional, regulatory, and budget standards

Walk the dining rooms, talk with residents, and listen to feedback

Help drive resident satisfaction, engagement, and occupancy through great food and service

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of food & beverage leadership experience

Hospitality mindset with attention to detail

Food safety certification (CDM a plus)

Senior living experience preferred—though not required if hospitality experience is strong

Strong people‑leadership skills—capable of building teams rather than just scheduling
