Salary Range : $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly
Business Title : Line Cook
Job Purpose Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Stock inventory appropriately.
Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly.
Qualifications Required Education : High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience : 1+ years of line cook experience
Required Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well as part of a team
Strong communication skills
