What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage client relationships and oversee project teams while ensuring the accurate review of complex business tax returns
Conduct due diligence for M&A activities, including analyzing taxable and nontaxable transactions
Embrace technology and utilize tax software effectively to enhance workflow
Provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative team environment
Maintain organized records and solve complex tax-related problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
Active CPA License
Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in public accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proficiency in reviewing business tax returns, including forms 1120, 1120S, and 1065
Experience with partnership basis adjustments and familiarity with foreign reporting requirements
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with tax software, preferably CCH Axcess & Engagement
Experience in a paperless work environment
Proven ability to manage accounts receivable and financial collections
