Resident Assistant - FT 7am - 7pm Assisted Living (Education)
ClarkLindsey's MeadowLark Assisted Living is seeking a caring, professional Resident Assistant. Resident Assistants at ClarkLindsey provide friendly, compassionate, high‑quality basic healthcare services to older adults, under the direction of an RN or LPN. CNA certification is not required for this position.
Responsibilities Successful Resident Assistants will be comfortable adapting to changing priorities and moments of pressure throughout the shift, while consistently meeting expectations for excellent care and service. Self‑starts will be most effective in this role. Resident Assistants anticipate the needs and proactively engage with residents, even when it has not been specifically assigned.
Benefits & Compensation The pay range for this position is $19.80 – $22.90 per hour and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
Differentials of $1.50 per hour are paid for any shift worked between 7:00 pm and 7:00 am (CNA, RA, LPN, RN).
