Job Overview Deck Remodelers.com is hiring an experienced Framing & Finish Carpenter to help bring high-end outdoor living spaces to life. Based out of Sparta, NJ, this hands‑on role involves building custom decks, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and complete backyard retreats. Interpret and execute detailed design plans and construction documents
Perform precise finish and structural carpentry in a variety of materials
Maintain top‑quality standards while meeting project timelines
Ensure a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times
Collaborate closely with crew members, project managers, and designers
Adapt to dynamic project scopes and custom construction challenges
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of residential carpentry experience
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or in teams
Must own your own tools and be physically capable of construction labor
Valid New Jersey driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Competitive hourly rate: $28.00 – $35.00/hour (based on experience)
Overtime opportunities
Company vehicle (as needed for site travel)
