Job Overview Regent Flooring Kitchen & Bath is urgently seeking a highly skilled Finish Carpenter to join our growing remodeling team. Our projects are primarily high‑end kitchen and bathroom remodels, with expanding opportunities into full‑home renovations. This role requires hands‑on expertise in all phases of remodeling—from demolition and framing to cabinet installation and fine trim carpentry—while coordinating subcontractors and communicating with clients and management. Key Responsibilities
Perform full‑scope remodeling including demo, framing, drywall, spackling, and finish carpentry
Install cabinetry, custom trim, doors, and windows with precision
Manage daily job site setup and cleanliness, ensuring dust control and safety
Oversee and coordinate subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, tile setters)
Read and execute blueprints and design plans
Communicate clearly with homeowners, designers, and management
Provide light plumbing and electrical work as needed
Optional tile setting of porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone
Qualifications
Proven experience in residential finish carpentry and remodeling
Strong skills in framing, drywall, cabinetry, and trim installation
Ability to read plans and work independently or with a small crew
Professional demeanor and strong communication abilities
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and use tools safely
Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality craftsmanship
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling
Tile setting expertise is a plus, but not required (porcelain, ceramic, natural stone)
Familiarity with managing trades and subcontractors
