You’ll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. This client‑visible role offers opportunities to showcase your ability to motivate, develop, and build new client relationships while growing your consulting and leadership skills. Your Key Responsibilities

Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes. Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Skills And Attributes For Success

Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow SPM project and solution delivery, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment. Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3-5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers. Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow SPM process implementations and demonstrate how specific business objectives can be met through process and technology transformation. Analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading‑practice recommendations and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps. Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops. Leverage waterfall and agile delivery models, supporting planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk/issue logs. Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts. To qualify for the role

A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or a similar discipline. 2‑4 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM project experience. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management. 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience. Excellent soft skills – communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization. Experience leading and supervising teams. Driver’s license valid in the U.S. Ability to travel to meet client needs. Ideally, you’ll also have

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or Data Foundations. Experience with performance analytics and reporting (certifications are a plus). Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (e.g., Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower). What We Look For

A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range for all U.S. locations of $102,500 to $187,900, and higher ranges for major markets. Our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. A hybrid model: most people in external client‑serving roles work together in person 40‑60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
