Full‑time professionals available to work 40 hours per week, able to lift 35 lbs and stand and move for extended periods.
Line Cook Responsibilities
Responsible for cleaning your personal workspace to ensure a pristine prep station.
Adhere to health codes and safety regulations daily by checking the cleanliness of storage areas and food prep.
Communicate with the chef regarding any assistance with kitchen support, management or any BOH needs.
Collaborate with servers to ensure that orders are completed on time and according to requests.
Demonstrate and emphasize the importance of recipe consistency to maintain the quality of each dish per Bottega Louie standards.
Perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty.
Demonstrate leadership with job expertise, enthusiasm, initiative and exceptional communication skills.
Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand.
Compensation
Beginning at $20–25 per hour.
Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor Standards Act.
Tip pool distributions may be in the range of $3.00–5.00 per hour based on recent average sales data.

Knowledge of food service regulations and proper food handling procedures.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Must have a flexible schedule, available to work 30+ hours per week (full‑time): mornings, nights and/or weekends.
