How the pay works W-2
$10/hour base
$625 per sale when your appointment closes
Our team closes about 1 out of every 4 appointments
Most solid reps make around $1,500 a week
The right person can earn $150k–$250k a year
How you get hired You don’t get hired just because you applied.
You’ll have to prove you can run the pitch. If you can deliver it clean, most people see results within a couple weeks. If you can’t, this probably isn’t the right fit.
