Job Overview As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally you may work with other brands in the stores you serve.

Salary and Schedule Details

Hourly pay: $13.00–$15.00 depending on skills and experience.

Eligible for annual pay increases.

Part‑time position with a variable schedule.

Average weekly hours: 10–13.

Availability during the week before and after major holidays, including weekends.

Role and Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day engagement: Using a Hallmark‑provided mobile device, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory. Communicate with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys.

Holiday support: Work additional days and extended hours around holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. May be required on the holiday itself on occasion.

Department resets and installations: Assist with building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting sections. Typically notified two weeks in advance; may include evenings or weekend work.

Team collaboration: Support other merchandisers within the field network when needed.

Physical Requirements This job is physically demanding. You will work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms, consistently pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds. You will kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may climb stairs and step ladders.

Basic Qualifications

At least 18 years old.

Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

Proficient with digital handheld devices and understand information.

Reliable Wi‑Fi and internet access.

Consistent transportation to travel between stores.
