Job Summary Reports to the Director of Athletics Food & Beverage Services. Serves as a Performance Chef for the Dodie Cafeteria independently performing basic cooking duties in preparing food items to be served to student-athletes. Guides and assists in the training of less experienced cooks when needed. Responsible for tasting products, estimating food requirements and requisitioning supplies and equipment as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Culinary knowledge/experience.
