What You’ll Do
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs following OEM and dealership standards
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns using modern diagnostic tools
Service engines, transmissions, brake systems, suspensions, steering components, HVAC, and more
Road-test vehicles to confirm repairs and ensure quality control
Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly with Service Advisors
Complete warranty work according to Ford requirements
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of professional automotive technician experience
(Ford experience a plus)
Ford Certification
preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical skills
Ability to use diagnostic equipment and follow technical repair procedures
Great communication habits and a collaborative mindset
A positive attitude and desire to grow with ongoing training
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
