Base Pay Range $30.00/hr - $38.00/hr
Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces for aircraft modification in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations. F-16 Production line structures and assembly. Installing fasteners, drilling bulkheads, skins, and building up fuselage components. Heavy Precision drilling, Countersinking, and reaming precision holes.
Must have current or recent (within the last 2 years) experience actively drilling precision holes on aircraft. Bench Mechanics need to have other relevant experience to be qualified to support required work. Candidates need to understand this is hands on production work. Candidates must possess the ability to climb on fuselage parts, stand, kneel, and go up and down ladders/stands.
Must be able to work these shifts:
2nd Shift Mon–Thurs 4:30pm–3:00am
Block training may occur on 1st or second shift; final shift will be determined upon successful completion of block training.
