HVAC Mechanic – LB&B Associates Inc (Dae Sung, LLC)
We are looking for a full‑time HVAC Mechanic for our contract located at the Lewis F. Powell U.S. Courthouse in Richmond, VA.
Working Days / Hours Monday through Friday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Pay & Benefits
Base pay: $32.00 per hour
Nate‑certified HVAC Mechanic: $34.00 per hour
Health and Home Pension Pay: $1,211 per month (per CBA)
Vacation, sick leave, paid holidays & pension plan per CBA
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience with large commercial HVAC equipment.
Competent in preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot‑water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components and other HVAC equipment.
General maintenance knowledge of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
High school diploma or G.E.D (required).
Universal EPA or CFC certification (required).
Technical training in HVAC (highly desired).
Candidate must obtain/maintain Nate certification within 6 months of employment.
