LB&B Associates is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic to support our contract located in Norfolk, VA. (Courthouse). Position details
Working Days/Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm. Hourly Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour. Health & Welfare Pay: $1,211 per month (per CBA) and it also offers Vacation, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays and Pension Plan per the collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems. Operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D is required. Universal EPA or CFC certification is required. Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.
