About the role As an experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician, you help strengthen customer relations through proper maintenance and repair of vehicles. You diagnose mechanical issues, explain options, and complete repairs while ensuring fast, friendly service. Regular maintenance is also performed.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair a range of mechanical issues.
Perform routine maintenance and services.
Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and options.
Maintain high quality and integrity in all work.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
Current AATI or ASE certifications.
Valid driver's license.
Experience with brake work.
Own personal tools.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $18–$24 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Technician commissions earned and paid every 2 weeks, ranging from $400 to $1,400, based on automotive repair net sales. One-time $500 bonuses for certifications earned as a member of the company. Yearly compensation can exceed $100,000.
