Compensation Competitive hourly rate between $18 and $24 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Technicians earn commissions every two weeks ranging from $400 to $1400, based on store‑level automotive repair net sales. Hourly pay plus commissions can exceed $100,000 annually. One‑time $500 bonuses are available for certifications earned while employed.

Qualifications
At least 18 years old
Current AATI or ASE certifications
Valid driver’s license
Brake work experience
Own tools
Honest and reliable
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Service‑oriented with attention to detail
Enjoy troubleshooting
Can explain technical information in layman’s terms
