Job Overview

We’re looking for Automotive Mechanics with a

minimum of 6 months of professional automotive repair experience

to join us at Carvana – the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. Responsibilities

Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or conduct the initial inspection on our vehicles to identify imperfections or repairs required during reconditioning. Work in one of our high‑tech inspection centers using state‑of‑the‑art tools. Technician Roles (for context)

Entry‑Level Auto Technician – perform light maintenance and initial inspections (min 6 months experience). Brake and Tire Technician – perform maintenance or repairs, including changing brakes and tires (min 1 year experience). Mid‑Level Mechanical Repair/Build Technician – perform light to medium repairs and minimal diagnostics (min 3 years experience). Experienced Technician – perform extensive repairs, heavy engine work, and advanced diagnostics on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles (min 5 years experience). Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6 AM–4 PM MST. General Qualifications & Requirements

Physically capable of operating vehicle equipment and tools, lifting up to 60 pounds independently. At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license; some positions require an MVR check. Able to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment, including exposure to extreme weather conditions. Must use required safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments). About Carvana
