Real Estate Paralegal
to support its busy
Commercial Real Estate
practice. This is a
100% onsite
role based in
Livingston, New Jersey , ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

5+ years
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with
commercial real estate transactions , including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
Prepare and review real estate agreements, closing documents, and ancillary documentation
Coordinate real estate closings and manage closing checklists and binders
Work with third parties on title, surveys, UCC searches, environmental reports, and zoning matters
Maintain and organize electronic and physical files
Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and external parties
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience
as a
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate documents and closing procedures
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, fast-paced office setting
