Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in all phases of real estate transactions, including commercial, residential, leasing, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Draft, review, and prepare real estate documents such as contracts, leases, closing documents, title commitments, loan documents, and related correspondence.
Order and review title work, surveys, UCC searches, and due diligence materials.
Coordinate and track closing timelines, deliverables, and checklists.
Qualifications
2-5+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal (law firm experience preferred).
Strong understanding of real estate documents, title review, and closing procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $80,000-$115,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
