Overview:
We are looking for hard-working construction laborers to join our team as a Construction Carpenter, specializing in remodel work across a wide range of project types. This role supports renovations in healthcare facilities, educational institutions, military buildings, and state and federal sites. The ideal candidate brings a versatile construction skill set, preferably carpentry, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Measure and cut materials accurately according to project specifications
Install trim, cabinets, doors, hardware, and related components
Assist with flooring installation and general remodel tasks
Perform both basic and advanced carpentry duties as needed
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project documents
Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Work Environment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Fully onsite role across various remodel project locations
Work involves active construction environments requiring adherence to safety standards
Skills Needed
Minimum of at least 1 year of commercial carpentry experience, 2+ preferred
Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools/saws
Ability to read a tape measure and cut materials to exact specifications
Skilled in base and case work, metal stud layout, and framing
Requirements
Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
Need to pass a standard back ground check

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
