Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site opportunity located in Stuart, FL for a Structures Mechanic role.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, modify, and install aircraft sheet metal and composite components.
Fabricate and rework complex structural assemblies.
Use precision measuring devices to ensure quality standards.
Perform inspections and maintain accurate work records.
Work from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
Basic Skills and Requirements
5+ years of manufacturing aviation structures sheet metal mechanic experience (assembly).
Ability to perform precision drilling and fastener installation with supervision.
High School Diploma or GED.
Basic knowledge of non‑conformance tags and repair processes.
Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Frequent use of hands for various tasks.
Standing, walking, reaching, and stooping regularly.
Maintain steady hand‑eye coordination.
Reach in all directions and in potentially awkward positions.
Effective communication skills and ability to hear.
